We are proud to announce that the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority has granted us a licence as both asset manager and trustee. This is an important milestone for our firm and will enable us to continue to provide comprehensive services to private clients and family offices worldwide.
Asset managers and trustees have been subject to the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA) since 1 January 2020 and require a licence from FINMA to conduct their business. They had to observe the deadline of 31 December 2022 to submit their application to FINMA. IAP is the first company in Zurich to receive a license as both asset manager and trustee.
